Here’s the roster from the snake draft I did earlier with the 12th pick. It was a PPR IDP league with roster limits where teams could only draft a max of 3 QBs, 5 RBs, 5 WRs, and 3 TEs. The limit on QB and TE wasn’t really a big deal, but I love loading up on RB so it was frustrating not being able to hog them all. The starting lineup is pretty standard with the addition of starting a DL, LB, and DB.
QB: Matt Ryan, Jay Cutler
RB: Darren McFadden, Matt Forte, Ryan Mathews, Doug Martin, CJ Spiller
WR: Julio Jones, Miles Austin, Titus Young, Greg Little, Danny Amendola
TE: Fred Davis, Greg Olsen
DL: Jared Allen, Jason Babin
LB: Daryl Washington, Karlos Dansby
DB: Eric Weddle
D/ST: Chicago Bears
K: Jason Hanson
The first 6 rounds of the draft could not have gone any better. The scoring hardly makes for a QB league but they went flying off the board in the early rounds and allowed me to get DMC, Forte, Mathews, and Julio with my first four picks. The only thing I would have changed would have been getting Sproles over Mathews in the third. I took Matt Ryan and Jared Allen on my next swing. Allen was the first defensive player off the board and in turn opened the flood gates on a run of linebackers and linemen. After that it was a lot of taking the best available to fill in my roster.
Run DMC can do it all yo!
3-0 in fantasy, lets keep it going..
